Pakistan hold its last census in 2017
The government of Pakistan under the leadership of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sahrif, the then Prime Minister of Pakistan, conducted its most recent population census in 2017. The census was conducted in the country nearly 19 years after the last one which was conducted in 1998.
The successful conduction of census, nearly after Nineteen years in the country is considered as one of the biggest achievements of the PML (N) last government in the country’s recent history.
