National dress means a dress that is worn by general public in a country and it expresses their national identity. It is also sometimes called as folk costume. The national dress of a country indicates its social, marital and religious status.
The national dress of Pakistan is Shalwar Kameez. Shalwar is a loose trouser while Kameez refers to shirt. Though Shalwar Kameez is the dress of both men and women in Pakistan but there is a great difference in designs of both the dresses. You can see them in below image.
