The most needed mineral resource of Pakistan, based on 2018 imports data is mineral oil. The country has deposits of mineral oils at Attock, Chakwal, Dadu, Potwar Plateau, Dhodhak, Badin, Hyderabad, Kot Mayyal and Dhullian.
