Step 4: Choose prefix like Mr, Mrs, Ms or Dr
Step 5: Enter your first, middle and last name
Step 6: Current service provider of your mobile number like Telenor, Jazz, Ufone etc
Step 7: Enter your mobile number like this 0092 349 1234567
Step 8: Enter Captcha
Step 9: Now you will receive a Verification Code on your registered mobile number. Enter it and click on Submit button.
Now pay application fee through your credit/debit card or through NADARA e-Sahulat franchise in your area.
After payment of fee, now login to your account and you will be able to see all the details. You can save the information in PDF format and also take print if needed.
