How to delete beneficiary in Easypaisa app?
Every time when you are making a new transaction, Telenor Easypaisa app shows you a list of numbers to whom you have previously sent money. This list of numbers is called beneficiary (single) or beneficiaries. The basic purpose of this feature is to create ease for customers to choose directly from the list instead of searching the whole contacts book.
To delete a beneficiary from your list in Easypaisa app there are two methods to do so.
Method 1: Deleting Beneficiary Directly From The List
To use this method, please the steps given below.
Step 1: Login to your Easypaisa app
Step 2: Click on your ‘Profile Photo’ or open your account details.
Step 3: Click on ‘My Favourites’
Step 4: It will open list of all your favorites. Click on ‘three vertical dots’ present on left side of each account.
Step 5: Upon clicking the dots, a small window will popup. Click on ‘Delete’ option.
Step 6: Another window with a warning will popup asking for the confirmation of action. Click on ‘Delete’ again and that’s it.
Method 2: Deleting Beneficiary Through Transaction Steps
To use this method, please follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Login to your Easypaisa app
Step 2: Choose send money option available on front screen.
Step 3: Select any method like Easypaisa Transfer.
Step 4: A new window will appear. Here four accounts are displayed under the title “My Favourites’. To see the whole list click on ‘See All’ option available next to ‘My Favorites’ title.
Step 5: It will open list of all your favorites. Click on ‘three vertical dots’ present on left side of each account.
Step 6: Upon clicking the dots, a small window will popup. Click on ‘Delete’ option.
Step 7: Another window with a warning will popup asking for the confirmation of action. Click on ‘Delete’ again and that’s it.
